Basic and Leisure Feed

As a partner in leisure and hobby, sometimes our horses do not need to bring a maximum level of performance. Especially with a pony which is a good doer or robust breeds, hard feed given should only be given in moderation, and therefore this requires a customized feed. A well-balanced, feed, not too rich in protein and energy, is perfect! Our products, specially formulated, are optimal for horses and ponies ridden for leisure, when fed at the correct quantities.

Sports and Performance Feed

Not only in competition, but also in training, sports horses are required to perform under pressure. This is only possible if the type and quantity of feed is designed to meet these demands. Such athletes need an easily digestible feed which quickly releases its energy, making it readily available to the horse. A special emphasis should be placed on a moderate source of protein with a corresponding level of quality amino acids. Our feed is specially balanced so that your horse is supplied with both highly digestible energy and all the necessary nutrients it needs to achieve high performance levels. This makes feeding other additional products, such as supplements, obsolete.

Specialist Feed

Some horses require a special diet due to health problems. Our speciality feeds are especially designed for application in cases such horses that are prone to skin, respiratory or digestive problems, or laminitis. These special needs were systematically and consistently taken into account in the development of our products in order to ensure both a long-term balanced diet, and to provide more well-being for your horse

Stud Feeds

Pregnant mares, stallions and foals have a very special nutritional requirements. A stud feed must be optimised to meet these special demands. Highly expanded cereals as well as top quality protein and essential amino acids promote fertility (seasons and sperm quality in stallions). Specially adapted to the meet the levels of vitamins, minerals and trace elements required form the basis for magnifi cent and strong foals, and good quality milk. Our feeds help ensure vitality in foals, healthy productive mares, and powerful, fertile stallions

Concentrates

Modern horse husbandry, especially in relation to the delicate organism of animals and their sensitive digestive tract, always provides horse owners and grooms with new challenges. Defi ciencies or overdosing can lead to disorders and or problems in the complex organism of the horse. This rising demand has been addressed by the Eggersmann product developers, and we now present the new Eggersmann PROFI concentrates. In designing the new concentrates, already proven products have been further improved in fi ne detail, and also completely new products have been developed in respect of recipes and or type. So now partly organically bound trace elements are used, which increases effi cacy is reported. Also of extreme importance for the effi cacy of the concentrates is the nature and quality of the individual ingredients. Therefore great importance is given by Eggersmann on the natural and gentle processing of the raw materials in order to bring out with the greatest possible effectiveness in the respective formulas. Eggersmann PROFI concentrate recipes are so sophisticated and diverse, as is also the areas of application where they can be of huge assistance. For muscles, tendons, ligaments, cartilage and joints there are also solutions to stimulate the metabolism, support the intestine, to boost the immune system, support of the airways or to regulate the performance of your horse. But one thing they all have in common: due to the high quality composition only a small dose is required for all the concentrates. This not only protects your horse, but also your wallet.
